Mary Graves, formerly Mary Riley, is currently the owner of a web marketed performance review system called the Z! Review, which is managed by her own corporation called WorkWiseNow, Inc. She has recently celebrated 20 years as an entrepreneur and more recently completed a publisher sponsored tour for her second book, LEADERSHIP BEGINS WITH YOU; 3 RULES.

Mary received her PhD in Management at Claremont Graduate School under the advisorship of Peter Drucker. Her goal is to pass on to others the mentorship she was fortunate to have from Peter Drucker, donate back to the community the rewards she has had from 20 years as an entrepreneur, and make a few dollars in the process. Her favorite community service organization is the Rotary Club of Rancho Cotati where she currently serves as president.

Mary has taught strategic planning, leadership, management, performance systems, conflict resolution and business research in MBA programs at SSU, U of Phoenix, and U of Portland. She is on the PhD dissertation committee for a Capella University student doing a PhD dissertation on entrepreneurship. She is a judge at the annual SSU entrepreneurial boot camp as well as a facilitator in the workshops.
